Shipments within Greece<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Most of the orders are shipped within two to four (3-5) business days once the order has been processed and payment has been verified.
\nThe transport companies we work with are ELTA Courier and BOX NOW.<\/p>\n

Order commitment<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Upon request from our company’s own customers, we agree to hold the order and ship it later, only if the payment has been made by credit\/debit card or bank transfer. If the payment has not been completed, the Company has the right to either send the order or cancel the order. The Company cannot hold a paid order for more than fourteen (14) days from the day the order was placed. After this period of time, the company has the right to either ship the order or to cancel the order and refund the customer. <\/p>\n

Cancel or change an order<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

For any order cancellation\/modification or change of address or payment, you can email us at info@iyounow.com. This option is available until you are notified of the shipment of your order by e-mail. After this point there is no possibility for cancellations or changes to your order. <\/p>\n

Order receipt<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The receipt is made by the person referred to in the order as the recipient at the address you have indicated when submitting your order.<\/p>\n

Order shipping method<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

1. The order is sent to the address you have indicated to us when you place your order with ELTA Courier. Deliveries are made until 17:00.
\nShipping inside Attica: 3,10\u20ac (for package weight up to 2kg).
\nShipping outside Attica: 4,40\u20ac (for package weight up to 2kg).
\nFor each additional kilo, the cost increases by 1,34\u20ac. <\/p>\n

2. BOX NOW. BOX NOW, as a check-out pick-up method, allows you to pick up your parcel at any time at one of the BOX NOW Automatic Pick-up Machines near your home or work. The cost of transport is 2,50\u20ac for Greece and Cyprus. <\/p>\n

We reserve the right to modify shipping methods, terms and prices at will and without prior notice.<\/p>\n
